Collection Tours with Researchers As part of NATIVE NATURE WEEK, the Central Botanical Garden of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus invites you to immerse yourself in the charm of spring from May 21st to 24th – admire the luxurious bloom of lilacs and rhododendrons and learn their secrets on tours with researchers. Syringarium (Lilac Collection) Tours The Syringarium is the crown jewel of the botanical garden, whose history began in 1933. The collection was actively developed in the 1960s, and in 2011, it earned international recognition. Today, it features over 200 varieties, including unique specimens bred by the Central Botanical Garden itself. Dates: May 22nd and 24th, 2026. Time: 2:00 PM and 4:00 PM. Rhododendron Collection Tours Discover the amazing world of rhododendrons—plants that have conquered many corners of the planet. The Central Botanical Garden's collection, established in the mid-1960s, now includes approximately 65 species and over 150 varieties.
