13.05.2026 - 14.05.2026 On May 13 and 14, the Central Botanical Garden of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus invites you to a guided tour of the exposition of rare and protected plants dedicated to spring primroses. The Central Botanical Garden is the only place in the country where a scientific collection of plants included in the Red Book of the Republic of Belarus is collected. The specially equipped site contains more than 130 endangered species, many of which are unique. Among them grow extremely rare relict plants of forests, swamps, meadows, reservoirs, and even plants that have already disappeared on the territory of our country. During the tour you will be able to: see the primroses of the Belarusian nature; discover the amazing stories of protected plants: learn about their invaluable role in the ecosystem and why it is so important to protect them.; to communicate with scientific staff who are engaged in the study and conservation of endangered plant species.
