02.08.2025 - 03.08.2025 On August 2 and 3, from 10:00 to 20:00, the Central Botanical Garden of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus will host the MY WAY FESTIVAL, an event that unites conscious people who want to be in balance with themselves and the outside world, stay in great physical shape and be filled and happy in order to fully enjoy their lives. This season, the festival will delight you with many interesting and useful locations. SPORTS ACTIVITY ZONE According to the zone's schedule, everyone will be able to practice yoga for free, participate in a group solstice, engage in functional training, and traditionally, ZUMBA, Dane FIT, and a Sports Quiz are waiting for everyone. This year, for the first time, master classes in Latin American dancing will be held. THE ZONE OF TRANSFORMATIONAL GAMES The zone where the most fascinating games in the field of consciousness will be presented, if you have never tried it, then be sure to take the time to look into this particular zone. The game "Lila" is one of the most ancient and famous self-discovery games. Tibetan monks have been playing Lila for over 3,000 years and using it for spiritual development and liberation. They can play one game for the rest of their lives. The rules of the game are simple. All games are accompanied by a certified presenter. All the answers to our questions are inside us, we just need to learn how to find them. TOURISM ZONE The "Tourism" zone will be presented by the "General Partner" of the festival, the Tour operator FUN & SUN. LECTURE HALL The Lecture Hall area will feature speakers in the fields of medicine, mental health, yoga, astrology, psychology, representatives of the fitness industry, alternative medicine, nutrition specialists, personal growth coaches with unique lectures and educational master classes. Every visitor to the lecture hall will come out with a practical recommendation for use in their lives. AROMATHERAPY ZONE Anyone can visit the Aromatherapy Area and get advice from a specialist. Learn how smells affect human health and how memories relate to smells. MARKET ZONE The Market area will feature food, cosmetics, accessories, handmade goods, and more. Everyone will be able to purchase useful things for themselves. CITY HEALTH CENTER In this location, festival guests will be able to receive individual consultations and undergo a health check-up. CHILDREN'S ZONE Animators, educational games, drawing, quests and flash mobs are waiting for all the young guests of the festival in the festival areas. PET CARE ISLAND There will be an island of help for homeless animals at the festival. Each of them will be glad of any help, be it food, sweets, diapers, soft beds, parasite treatment products – you can bring all this with you and leave it in the zone, in return for receiving a useful gift from a partner of the festival.
