Starting November 30, 2024, the Central Botanical Garden of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus invites you to the Lantern Garden for an exhibition of huge fabulous light figures! Every evening in the Lantern Garden our guests will meet famous heroes of children's fairy tales. In this mysterious place, you will certainly meet the Nutcracker and his army of toys, the Rat King and his retinue, as well as Puss in Boots. Thumbelina, Cinderella, Gulliver and the persistent tin soldier live here. Don't forget about Little Red Riding Hood — she also lives in this magical kingdom. And, of course, it was not without the Snow Queen — she rules this realm of cold and ice. "The Time of Fairy Tales" is an amazing journey into a fairy–tale world where the boundaries between reality and fantasy are blurred. A walk through the Lantern Garden with family and friends will give you unforgettable impressions, allow you to plunge into the atmosphere of miracles and magic, take memorable photos and replenish the collection of the most precious memories. The characters of the lantern exhibition are light figures that combine detailed art objects, colorful magic of light and musical accompaniment. Dozens of craftsmen, designers, and sculptors worked on the creation of the installations "Time of Fairy Tales", who brought to life and filled each composition with light. We are pleased to inform you that within the framework of the exhibition, a neon light show will be held on weekends and holidays at 20:00 near the exhibition greenhouse. Walking in the evening along the main alley of the botanical garden, BE SURE TO TAKE A LOOK AT OUR FLOWER SHOPPING PAVILION! Here you can enjoy a cup of FRAGRANT COFFEE, WARMING COCOA OR LOVELY TEA! In addition, you can buy souvenirs and indoor plants in our pavilion. The pavilion is open in the evening from 18:00 to 21:00. We are always glad to see our dear guests!
